We are currently recruiting skilled Heating Engineers / Gas Engineers for full-time positions across Belfast and County Down, offering long-term, secure work within public sector and social housing environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out gas and oil servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Respond to reactive maintenance as required
• Liaise with management and Quantity Surveyors
• Accurately itemise and report work carried out in customer properties
• Deliver all work to high-quality industry standards
• Adhere to data protection policies
• Travel across the North and occasionally the South of Ireland if required.
• Support wider operations to ensure efficient service delivery

Essential Criteria

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Eligible for OFTEC registration and Gas Safe Register
• Relevant gas qualifications (CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, MET1, etc.)
• Up-to-date gas certifications
• Valid CSR Card or formal Health & Safety training
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience within plumbing, heating, or construction environments

• Flexible approach to working in a busy, reactive environment
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required

Additional Information

• Work is primarily within occupied social housing and public sector properties
• A successful Access NI check is required as part of onboarding
