Junior Sous required to join a small Kitchen Brigade within a prestigious 2 rosette country hotel in East Sussex

• Live in available at only £225 per month including all bills.

As a junior sous , you will support the Kitchen Brigade with the following:

• Deliver Excellence: Supporting the daily operations to ensure exceptional food preparation, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Prioritise Quality and Safety: Maintain impeccable food safety standards and ensure a clean, organised kitchen environment.
• Plan for Impact: Support and help deliver high-volume events with a keen eye on exceeding expectations and maintaining standards.
• Bring the passion: Engage an atmosphere of joy, enthusiasm, and pride in every dish and interaction.

We’re seeking an exceptional individual who has:

• Experience in either a hotel restaurant or similar environment
• Experience of working in a rosette establishment desired
• Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation techniques
• Radiates enthusiasm for food and hospitality, inspiring those around them.

Salary circa £33,00 plus tips ( average £500 per month )
