Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Support Operative on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Project Support Operative:

Deliveries to site from our store / yard and suppliers.
Assisting set ups.
Clearing sites.
Maintaining a tidy site.
Semi skilled works dependent on experience.
Skills and Qualifications for the Project Support Operative:

Clean driving licence.
Minimum 3 years construction experience.
Promote the company's principles, spirit, and ethos.
Motivate employees, encourage work ethic, and resolve issues/conflict.
Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination.
Execute established business, tasks and responsibilities.
Meet and exceed organisational goals with optimum use of resource allocation.
Ensure compliance, adhering to legislation, policies and procedures.
