Industrial Recruitment Account Manager

Ferndown Industrial Estate, Wimborne

£26K - £28K (OTE £33K PA)

Due to continued growth, Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Industrial Recruitment Account Manager to work in our office based on the Ferndown Industrial Estate, Wimborne.

Experience in the Recruitment Industry would be an advantage however is not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hard-working, experienced team, within a great working atmosphere.

Duties Included but not limited to:

* Sourcing and pre-screening candidates

* Filling bookings

* Advertising jobs

* Building relationships with the workforce and clients

* Identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies

* Working to strict deadlines

* Good administration skills, including referencing candidate's working on excel, and all computer systems

* Interviewing candidates

* Checking in staff

To be considered you must have the following:

* Have good communication skills

* Have background in recruitment account management - preferable

* Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease

* Be persuasive, persistent and patient

* Be able to work under pressure during busy periods

* Have good organisational and administrative skill

We are looking for confident individuals who like working as a team and people person. Great communication skills are essential in this role.
