We're looking for a consultant who can hit the ground running in a technical market. Whether your background is in IT recruitment, engineering, construction (think quantity surveying), or a similar technical field, if you can quickly grasp complex job briefs and talk the technical talk, we'd love to hear from you.

What's in it for you?

* Work hours: 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm

* Salary: £35,000 - £38,000, plus realistic on target earnings of £60,000

* Uncapped commission

* Hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 from home (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office)

Senior Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

* Be the main point of contact for clients, utilising your expertise to guide them throughout recruitment campaigns

* Maintain regular contact with clients, building trusted relationships that promote repeat business

* Liaise with existing clients to fully understand their recruitment needs, enabling you to provide tailored recruitment solutions

* Utilise job boards, social media, networking events, and the CRM to source and attract candidates

* Screen candidates to understand their needs and assess their suitability for jobs

* Identify new business opportunities, building close-knit relationships with decision makers to influence decisions and encourage business

Senior Recruitment Consultant Skills and Experience:

* Extensive experience within recruitment, ideally within a technical environment, such as IT or engineering

* Demonstrates a good understanding of various IT tools, software, and certifications

* Proven track record of the entire sales cycle, confident identifying and winning new business and closing sales

* Driven and ambitious, with a history of exceeding targets and KPIs

* Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and close-knit relationships with clients and candidates

* Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
