• You’re a compassionate, visionary leader who thrives on making a difference.
• Current nursing or paramedic registration, with clinical assessment and minor illness qualification.
• A management or leadership qualification.
• Proven leadership experience, with strengths in staff development and clinical supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for driving patient-centred care.
• Experience in urgent, unscheduled, or primary care settings.
