Fabric Technician / Maintenance Technician
Hours: Monday to Friday, Split Shift (7 AM - 4 PM / 9 AM - 5 PM)

We're recruiting for a Fabric / Maintenance Technician to join a leading FM provider, a prestigious blue-chip law firm in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end corporate environment with great benefits.
Key Responsibilities for a Fabric/Maintenance Technician:
* Carry out fabric maintenance and minor repairs across the site, ensuring high standards are maintained.
* Perform general building maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work.
* Assist with reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service while working in a professional corporate setting.
Essential Qualifications/Skills for a Fabric Technician:
* Previous experience in a fabric/building maintenance role.
* Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a corporate environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
