Brook Street are currently working with a client based in Northamptonshire that are recruiting a Service Manager who will work closely with the CEO to develop the service and become a leading and sustainable homelessness charity.
The ideal candidate will be service user friendly with the passion and drive with the ability to adapt to different scenarios that the day to day running of a housing team will provide.

Overall Job Responsibility:
" To provide leadership and management to the Housing Team and ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction as well as serve as a point of escalation for complex cases.
" To oversee person centred housing and tenancy management services and ensure that those are delivered in line with the Response value mission and corporate plan.
" To ensure that the clients who are residing at Response are provided with high quality service delivered in line with our values enabling them to sustain the tenancy.
" To liaise with Income Team and ensure that clients are supported to manage the financial aspect of the tenancy and that Response can claim all income available via rent and service charges.
" To ensure that the Team is achieving relevant KPI`s and provide regular updates and reports on the performance.
" To oversee tenancy and estate management services by providing top class customer service and ensure that services are compliant with housing and tenancy law and regulations.
" To provide line management and supervision to the front-line staff.
" To provide advice and guidance to the team and wider organisation on tenancy matters and ensure that tenancies are managed in line with relevant legislation.
" To ensure that processes such as sign ups, evictions, abandonments are followed correctly
