We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining stock integrity and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Duties:

• Maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock records within the warehouse.
• Review and analyse reporting capabilities within Microsoft AX/D365, producing trackers and KPIs as required.
• Release work to the warehouse function (e.g., picking jobs).
• Manage quarantine, aged and slow-moving stock in line with company procedures.
• Support system upgrades and process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation at all times.
• Support performance development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory control within a warehouse environment.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 (desirable).
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with the ability to extract and manipulate data.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• VNA license (desirable).

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 20:00 to 06:00 (40 hours per week)
Flexibility may occasionally be required.

Pay Rate:
£15.92 per hour
