I am looking for highly motivated experienced or Newly qualified Band 5 Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire as part of our nurse team. All care is carried out in a bespoke fashion, with passion, empathy, and enthusiasm at the centre of all decisions taken.

Carers understand the importance of person-centred care, and the resident's needs and preferences are placed at the centre of their care. The home prides itself on its friendly approach and have family values at the core when caring for residents.

Joining our team:

You will be responsible and accountable for the well-being of residents within the care home ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, whilst helping to achieve their full capabilities.

Provide leadership to the team to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home in accordance with the policies of the company and the registering authority guidelines.
