Supervisor - Housing Association background

Are you an experienced Supervisor with a Housing Association background in building maintenance and facilities management, residing in or around Yorkshire? Join our clients Building Maintenance and Facilities Management Company!

Areas:

Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Huddersfield

Responsibilities:

* Overseeing voids on social housing and local government projects

* Supervising and coordinating teams for tasks such as carpentry, tiling, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen installations, and door fittings

* Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project deadlines

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Card

* Experience working on social housing / Voids

* Housing Association or Local Council experience desired

* Proficiency in various trades including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs

* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction or maintenance sector

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams

* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

* Right to work in the UK

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

* Expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
