About you?

- Experienced Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager who has experience in building a solid team culture
- Experience leading and developing the next generation of engineering talent, bringing best practice and demonstrating solid GMP experience
- Strategically minded individual that has experience in developing 3-5 year plans and experience in executing said plans
- Experience Leading Large engineering teams
