Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings with strategic precision.
Leading a small team (newly qualified solicitor/trainee, paralegal, legal secretary), mentoring junior fee earners to foster growth.
Building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring bespoke service for high-value clients.
Driving business development to enhance the firm's reputation in property litigation.
Contributing to a collaborative team culture while managing cases independently.
Skills and Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE from a recognised firm specialising in property litigation.
