Rubicon Recruitment is working with a leading financial software company, supporting their search for an ambitious Sales Development Representative.

This rapidly growing organisation specialises in cutting-edge solutions designed to help financial institutions combat financial crime. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving new business by identifying and engaging high-value prospects and contributing to the company's continued success.

This is a hybrid role, with two days per week in the company's London office. However, for the right candidate, remote working options may be considered.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying and engaging high-value prospects within financial institutions.
Developing outbound strategies to initiate conversations and create opportunities.
Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders through consultative sales approaches.
Managing and nurturing leads, ensuring strong pipeline development.
Collaborating with marketing and senior sales colleagues to refine outreach and conversion strategies.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
