We're seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our thriving 11-18 comprehensive school in the heart of Hounslow.

This is a part-time, term-time role, ideal for someone with a calm, patient demeanour and a desire to support students with a range of Special Educational Needs.

Key responsibilities
• Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost academic confidence
• Supporting pupils across Key Stages 3-5 with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
• Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

What we're looking for
• Experience working with SEN students in a school or youth setting is essential
• A relevant qualification is beneficial but not mandatory
• A compassionate attitude and a willingness to learn
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to removing barriers to learning
