Financial Accountant – Iconic brand!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our client’s resurgent iconic brand leading business.

The Financial Accountant role is key to developing the finance function and team, as well as providing all aspects of financial management and reporting for this multi-entity business.

Key tasks will include:

• Preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Compiling yearly and monthly budget and cashflow forecasts.
• Regulatory and financial reporting including tax requirements.
• Developing and building the finance team.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Preparing monthly audit reports.
• Month end and year end close process.
• Multi-currency accounting.

Ideally you will be ACCA/ACA/CIMA part or fully qualified. You will have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices with several years’ relevant experience including multi-currency.As you will be working within a growing SME you must enjoy being hands-on.
