Develop and deliver targeted interventions for communication, social skills, literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation

Collaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, therapists, and multi-agency teams

Monitor progress against EHCP outcomes and contribute to reviews and assessments

Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and families

Is an experienced SEN Teacher with strong knowledge of SEND strategies

Is confident supporting pupils with personal care

Has experience with autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or complex learning difficulties

Demonstrates calm, nurturing behaviour management and a child-centred approach

Can adapt teaching creatively to engage pupils working at a variety of levels

Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with staff, families, and professionals
