Electracom Projects is seeking two experienced Electrical Site Managers / Site Supervisors to lead smart-building installations across high-profile London sites
💼 What You'll Do:
* Oversee commercial MEP fit-outs with a focus on Smart Buildings, BMS, EMS, AV, and structured cabling
* Manage subcontractors and direct labour
* Deliver projects to specification, safely and on time
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders on site
* Ensure high standards during both first and second fix stages
✅ What We're Looking For:
* Gold ECS Card (NVQ Level 3 qualified)
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* 10+ years in the electrical trade, with 5+ years in a supervisory/site management role
* Proven experience in commercial MEP, BMS wiring, and network installations
* Hands-on, technically strong, and an excellent communicator
