The Financial Controller is seeking an assistant to cover a variety of accounts and admin responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the office.
This Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper role will include:
Processing purchase invoices and payments
Preparation of VAT returns
Raising invoices
Bank reconciliations
Credit card payments and reconciliation
A variety of ad-hoc administrative duties related to property and estate issues.This Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper role requires strong experience in bookkeeping, VAT, Sage (or similar) and MS Office and a willingness to be flexible in accounts and admin
