About the Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task
Support pupils' learning and engagement throughout the school day
Assist with general duties within the school when not covering lessons
Work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to maintain a positive learning environmentWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a school or education setting)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach
A genuine interest in education and supporting students' progress
