The Role

Working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, the Hygiene Team Leader will take full ownership of hygiene standards across the site during critical cleaning operations.

You'll lead from the front — ensuring equipment and production areas meet the highest food safety standards, while developing and motivating your team to consistently deliver.
