Responsible Individual – Residential Childcare

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 bonuses

Location: West Midlands

A well-established provider of residential childcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Responsible Individual to lead their children’s home for young people with complex needs (EBD, ADHD, ASD).

Key Focus:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver the highest standards of care
• Ensure full Ofsted compliance and safeguarding excellence
• Oversee budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and partners

Requirements:

• Level 5 Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Proven leadership experience in residential childcare
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
• Compassionate, child-focused approach
