Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a part-time role in a friendly and supportive Grantham primary school? Starting September 2025, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils to help them thrive in their learning.

You'll work alongside the class teacher to provide support in lessons, small group activities, and 1:1 interventions, making a real difference in the classroom every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning within the classroom

Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce lesson content

Assist children with additional needs and promote inclusive learning

Prepare resources and maintain an organised learning environment

Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous classroom experience in a primary school setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A proactive attitude and flexibility to adapt to different classroom needs

A Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (desirable)
