Nursery Nurse/ Early Years Educator

We are expanding! Due to the expansion we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly and welcoming team! This is a fantastic opportunity to come and work in a brand new , fully equipped setting for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to help shape young lives in a fun, nurturing, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality childcare and early years education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Plan, prepare, and lead engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for all children.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues.

Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a cohesive, supportive atmosphere focused on children's well-being and learning.

Ensure all safeguarding procedures and health and safety regulations are consistently followed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Bringing energy and care every day to help our little learners thrive

Planning fun, educational activities that support children’s development

Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where children feel loved, secure, and excited to learn

Working hand-in-hand with a fabulous team and building strong relationships with children, parents, and carers

Making every day a little adventure in line with the EYFS framework

What We’re Looking For:

Someone passionate about child development with experience working with young children in a childcare setting (even better if you’re Level 2 or 3 qualified!)

A great communicator – friendly, clear, and confident with both children and adult

Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to keeping every child safe
