About the Role:

As a Payroll Officer, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll for our employees, ensuring everyone is paid accurately and on time. You'll work closely with colleagues, supporting both routine and ad-hoc payroll activities, and helping to drive process improvements where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process monthly payrolls
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly
New starters, and leavers
Assist with payroll reporting
Keep up to date with payroll legislation and company policies

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a payroll role, ideally within a busy environment
Strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Experience with resourcelink is a plus
