Overview:

Kenna Recruitment are representing a High end residential developer, who are in the market for a Site manager to join their team. The scheme is 6 individuall detached high end houses in a Bristol.

About the role:

As a Site Manager You'll be liaising with the Project manager giving regular updates on progression and where they're at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the highest standard and to the client's needs.

The ideal candidate would have worked on High end bespoke residential schemes varying between £5-20 million in value

Responsibilities:

* Making sure the project is delivered safely through

* Work is done in the highest standard

* Providing regular updates to the client

* Meet deadlines

Requirements:

* Experience as a Site manager on High end Developments

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First aid cert
