Known for advising on high-profile transactions across the UK and internationally, the firm works on a wide range of commercial developments including offices, retail, hospitality, logistics and major mixed-use regeneration schemes.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to play a central role in a growing team that regularly handles joint ventures, investment deals and complex development projects. The successful Senior Associate will be involved in matters from initial structuring through to completion and post-completion support. As a Senior Associate, you'll also take on leadership responsibilities across client work, mentoring, and business development.

The Senior Associate's role

The Senior Associate will manage a busy and varied workload, including the day-to-day running of commercial property matters and taking a leading role in complex investment and development transactions. You will advise clients on structuring joint ventures, managing risk and delivering commercially sound solutions.

This is a client-facing position, requiring a strong ability to communicate legal advice clearly and practically. The Senior Associate will also be expected to mentor junior team members, contribute to internal training, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives. A strong focus on business development and collaboration across offices and practice groups is key.

UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years' post-qualification experience

Strong background in commercial property, including development or investment work

Experience in corporate structuring, co-investments or joint ventures

Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills

Comfortable advising institutional and developer clients directly

Committed team player with leadership and mentoring experience
