Certain Advantage is hiring for a Property Support Administrator for a housing-based client in Eccles to start on Tuesday 12th August 2025. The role is initially on an 8-month temp contract with the possibility of future permanent role. This hybrid-based role is essential in supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication and operations. Previous experience in housing is preferred but not essential.
 
Key Responsibilities

Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
Compliance: Uploading certificates and raising work orders
Bookings: Booking in contractor visits to site
Invoicing: Process and manage invoicing tasks accurately
General Administrative Support: Assist with various other administrative duties as required to support the team. 
Requirements

Experience: Prior administrative experience is beneficial. Experience within a housing environment is preferred, but not essential.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proficient with basic computer skills and MS Office. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

A competitive hourly rate of £12.64- £13.18 DOE. (35 hours per week)
A full-time, hybrid-based role in a dynamic housing environment (Tuesday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Monday to Friday home based 9am-5pm)
