What you'll do:

• Provide strategic financial insight and analysis that drives decisions at board level.

• Take ownership of financial controls, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the business operates with confidence and transparency.

• Lead improvements in management information, KPI reporting, and budgeting processes to support growth and efficiency.

• Influence operational and commercial decisions by providing accurate, actionable financial intelligence.

• Lead finance-related projects, including ERP enhancements and process automation, improving systems and productivity.

• Identify opportunities to optimise costs, renegotiate contracts, and strengthen governance across the business.

What we're looking for:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in complex, multi-faceted businesses, ideally within manufacturing.

• Commercially minded, able to influence and challenge senior management with insight and confidence.

• A hands-on leader who can drive change, improve processes, and deliver tangible business impact.

• Experienced in financial control, reporting, tax, and compliance.
