What We're Looking ForYou'll already have experience leading teams in a manufacturing or assembly environment and understand what “good” looks like in a quality-driven setting.

You'll bring:

Proven experience supervising or mobilising production teams

Strong shop floor presence and natural leadership credibility

Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles

A solid understanding of engineering or mechanical processes

Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office

The ability to influence, challenge and support people at all levels

Resilience and organisation in a demanding environment

A track record of delivering on commitments
