Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis. The role is available working 2-3 days a week. The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys

Working hours:

• Flexible working hours, 2-3 days a week
• Remote / WFH based 

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

• 55% on net fees paid
• OTE of between £50,000 - £80,000 dependent on days worked
• Holiday Pay
• PI Insurance
• Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipment

To be considered for the role of Residential Surveyor you must have the following:

• Minimum AssocRICS
• Registered Valuer status
• Own Car
• Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Undertaking Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
• Attendance of online staff meetings
