A Wealth/Investment Manager wish to recruit an Integration Delivery Analyst to provide dedicated execution support across two critical integration programmes.

The role will focus on high-volume, process-driven remediation and migration activity, supporting the transition of legacy clients onto the new target operating model, as well as early-stage remediation work.

Overview

• Reviewing client tax self-certifications and W-series forms against previously held client and portfolio data
• Assessing remediated data for completeness and accuracy, raising queries where discrepancies are identified
• Evaluating historic downstream impacts arising from data discrepancies and escalating issues where required
• Working with the wider integration project group to resolve data and documentation gaps
• Ensuring remediated client data is correctly populated into ex shelled portfolios within DSA
• Identification and remediation of data gaps or inconsistencies in suitability, AML, and Attitude to Risk records
• Supporting remediation activity required to meet standards and regulatory expectations
• Iterative engagement with Front Office, Compliance, and Middle Office teams
• Maintaining delivery trackers, management information, and status reporting
• Coordinating activity across Client Life-Cycle, Middle Office, Front Office, Compliance, and Technology teams

Experience Required

• 3 years experience in client remediation, data migration, or integration delivery within wealth management, asset management, or financial services
• Strong understanding of client data requirements, including AML, tax self-certifications, and suitability
• Experience working with operational platforms, client data systems, or portfolio administration tools
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess and reconcile complex data sets
