What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a Supported Living or Residential setting

*

Registered with the CQC and familiar with their standards

*

Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions preferred

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example

*

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding role
