Are you an experienced and driven professional with a background in commercial plumbing projects? We're seeking a Contact Manager to join our high-end plumbing company, overseeing prestigious commercial contracts across some of London's most iconic restaurants and commercial buildings.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to manage fit-out projects ranging from £300k to £2m. You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of multiple projects across Central London, ensuring high standards, on-budget delivery, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing a team of 12 highly experienced engineers and multiple subcontractors

*

Overseeing all aspects of project delivery including cost control, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

*

Working closely with commercial teams to ensure all financial and contractual obligations are met

*

Ensuring seamless communication across project teams and stakeholders

*

Delivering fit-outs and refurbishments to the highest standards, on time and on budget

What You'll Need:

Proven experience managing commercial plumbing or M&E projects

*

Strong knowledge of financials, procurement, and cost management

*

Excellent leadership skills - ability to motivate and manage a well-established team

*

A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills

*

Familiarity with fit-out projects in high-end commercial settings (e.g. restaurants, office buildings, etc.)
