Site Engineer - Commercial Warehouse Refurbishment (Coalville)

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with their own kit to work on a live commercial warehouse refurbishment project in Coalville.

Start Date: End of August
Duration: Until January
Project: Refurbishment of an operational warehouse - maintaining business continuity throughout construction.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for setting out, overseeing works, and ensuring accuracy on all aspects of the build. The project is a live environment, so strong attention to health & safety and the ability to work with minimal disruption to operations is essential.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Engineer on commercial construction projects

Own setting out kit (total station/related equipment)

*

Strong understanding of live-site operations

*

CSCS card and relevant qualifications

*

Confident communication skills with site management, subcontractors, and the client
