Streamline Recruitment are working with a fast-growing pallet repair company in Thurrock who are expanding their operations and team.
We are looking for a reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their yard operations team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys working actively and supporting a dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
* Safely operating a counterbalance forklift to offload pallets into the yard and load pallets ready for delivery.
* Ensuring pallets are stored correctly and safely within the yard.
* Supporting the yard operations team with pallets that require attention or repair.
* Checking the quality of pallets on arrival and before delivery.
* Collecting and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for the office.
Requirements:
* Valid counterbalance forklift license.
* Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or yard environment.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days 06:00-18:00 / 2 nights 18:00-06:00)
May also be available on permanent nights, 18:00 06:00 4 on 4 off
Pay: £13.00 per hour + overtime
