Finishing Manager - £230 - Copthorne

Working for a one of the Country's most reputable housing contractor on a flagship project. The job will be a temporary contract for 8 months. You will be in charge of finishing 45 houses and 6 Flats. You will have to report into the Site Manager on progress and also report into the Project Manager on a weekly basis.

Ideally you must have a Carpentry background.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role will include site based management

Office paperwork and computer work

You must have experience with handing over to CML and NHBC standards 

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience working on housing projects

SMSTS

CSCS Card 

First Aid

Must live within a daily commute
