The Opportunity

Join a dedicated team as a Learning Support Assistant, working closely with pupils who face a variety of challenges, such as:

Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)

Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

General learning difficulties

You'll play a key role in helping students succeed both academically and personally by delivering one-to-one support and assisting in small groups.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting students inside and outside the classroom

Encouraging independence and social development

Collaborating with teachers and specialists to provide tailored support

Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

Is This You?

We're looking for someone who is:
✅ A recent graduate in Psychology, Criminology, Youth Studies, Social Work, or a related field
✅ Passionate about helping children with additional needs
✅ Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
✅ Looking for practical experience ahead of a career in education, therapy, or social care
