As a Corporate Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s tax offering, leading complex advisory projects, and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, providing high-level strategic tax advice while mentoring and developing a talented team. This is a client-facing role where your expertise will directly influence business decisions and long-term tax planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients across a range of sectors
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients
  • Oversee compliance processes and ensure technical accuracy
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development
  • Work closely with Partners on business development and growth initiatives
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in Corporate Tax within practice
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
