PETA Ltd are proud to be working with a leading ceramic wall and floor tiling contractor to recruit a friendly Office Administrator Apprentice.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Office Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
Ordering materials
Keeping job costings up to date on Excel & IQ job costing software
General office duties
Answering the phone to clients & Tile fitters
Issuing daily job sheets to Tile fitters
Raising purchase orders
Putting job stages on our IT System

Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 (40 hours per week with 1 hour for lunch).
 
Essential Skills: 
The ideal Office Administrator Apprentice will have the following skills and experience:
Good ICT skills including the use of MS Excel and emails
Confident telephone manner
Polite and friendlyGCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade 4/C are required.
