• Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
• Read and work from technical and engineering drawings
• Perform routine quality checks on finished components
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Support continuous improvement and production efficiency

What We’re Looking For: We welcome applicants at all stages of their career:Entry-Level Candidates:

• A genuine interest in engineering and manufacturing (ideally completed a college course)
• A willingness to learn and develop CNC machining skills
• A technical qualification or hands-on workshop experience is a plus
• Committed to learning and upskilling

Experienced CNC Machinists:

• Proven experience setting and operating CNC machines
• Experience with Hurco machines is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Hypermill CAM software would be a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and produce to tight tolerances
