Salary: £20000 - £22000/annum

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a European manufacturer in Rotherham. They require a Customer Service Administrator to join the team. As a Customer Service Administrator your duties will include but not be limited to:

-Speaking to Customers to update on order progress
- Responding to technical product enquiries, upselling where appropriate
- Logging all information on in-house CRM system
- Liaising with internal teams such as Finance, Sales, Order Processors and Production

A successful Customer Service Administrator will have the following attributes to fit in with this business:

-Previous experience in an office environment is essential for this role, and ideally you will have worked in a Customer Service Team
-Excellent communication and organisational skills are required
-You must have a willing to learn, you will be discussing a technical product range with customers
