About the role

An amazing opportunity to join a well-established energy efficiency company, aiming to provide energy efficiency & sustainability to farming. They aim to maximise the use of renewable energy resources such as animal waste to supply all the energy needed for farms reducing operational costs & deliver commercially viable net zero carbon energy products.

Information on the role

* Liaise with AD site operators on projects for deployment & integration

* Manage/execute & provide guidance on testing of various biological feedstocks

* Lead design of complex systems with support from the Principal Engineer

* Maintain awareness of other disciplines to work effectively & avoid conflicting requirements

* Report regularly to the Principal Engineer, raising & solving issues or concerns in a timely manner

* Uphold all H&S requirements, adhering to company guidelines in all settings

Essential Criteria

* Engineering or Scientific degree

* Experience of Anaerobic Digester/Biological Processing facilities.

Desirable Criteria

* Experience in sizing & design of pipework

* Laboratory training & experience in running or designing biological experiments
