The Best Connection are recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and production facility based in Great Yarmouth. This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates looking for ongoing temporary work in a hands-on environment.
Shifts available (choose your preferred shift):- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
Pay Rates:- £12.21 per hour
- Increasing to £12.71 per hour in April
Duties will include:- Supporting day-to-day production processes
- Operating basic tools and equipment
- Preparing, measuring, and cutting materials
- Assisting with the assembly of products and components
- Carrying out manual handling tasks
- Ensuring work areas remain clean, organised, and safe
- Following production instructions and quality standards
The ideal candidate:- Comfortable with physical/manual work
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Previous labouring, warehousing, or production experience is beneficial but not essential
Contract details:- Temporary contract starting mid‑March
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
