Contracts Manager

Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Contracts Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Gloucester.

The company:

Our client in a regional contractor based in Gloucester who work in both the commercial and residential sectors.

The role entails:

Experience in contract management, including contract negotiations and contract compliance

Strong knowledge of legal requirements related to contracts

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, with strong organisational skills

Analytical mindset and ability to identify and mitigate risks

Experience in the construction or related industries is essential

Essential requirements:

Driving licence and own transport.

What are we looking for?

A strong background as a Contracts Manager or a Project Manager looking to progress into their next role

Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
