We are looking for an Operator to join our Client's team based in FY6.

Operator - weekends £14.00 per hour, nights £16.00 per hour min.

40 hours per week - will consist of mainly nights and weekend work, so this will suit someone used to these hours

Operator role and responsibilities:

• Answering and responding to calls in a busy office.
• Prior knowledge of local area would be an advantage
• Use of computer
• Full training will be provided.

The ideal Operator will:

• Have excellent Communication skills
• Be really flexible
• Be self-motivated,who can also work as part of a team.
• Have a professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills

This Operator role would be suitable for people who have worked as:

• Controller
• Operator
• Customer service Advisor
• Call centre agent
• Reception

This role is easily accessible for people in Blackpool, St Annes, Lytham, Kirkham, Staining, South shore, Freckleton, Fleetwood, Bispham and Cleveleys areas
