An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PE Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons that engage and inspire students to achieve their best in sports and physical activities.
Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
- Organise and coordinate sports events and competitions.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills.
- Maintain and manage sports equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to integrate physical education with other school programmes.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Physical Education.
- Experience in teaching PE at a secondary school level.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
