Our client is looking for an experienced Head of who can really develop this function and provide a first class service to their current client base and support the future growth and development of revenue stream. This is a fantastic strategic position and opportunity to really drive continuous improvement, lead on projects and develop and grown the payroll team.

Some of the duties include;

Leadership of large payroll service
Ensuring the delivery of accurate and efficient client payroll
Driving a policy of continuous improvement
Leading on key strategic partnerships & projects
Taking a commercial focus and eye across the business
