One of our clients are looking for a Senior QS to assist them on a live M&E pharmaceutical project in Hull. The client needs a self-starter who can take initiative.

This a hybrid role working on site 4 days a week.

Set-up:
* start of June start date
* 6-month initial contract
* Site in Hull
* Hybrid role - 4 days minimum on site
* Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the client.
Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.
Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.Client wants:

M&E experience working for T1 contractors essential
Experience on pharmaceutical projects beneficial or similar industry experience i.e data centres
Proven experience as Senior QS/MQS
Able to take initiative and ownership of role potentially offering guidance to junior colleagues
