Financial Adviser - Croydon - Access to 17,000+ database of potential clients - Generate new business and earn well from it (OTE £100k+)

A key client of mine who I have met and worked very closely with over the past 3 years are an award winning Chartered IFA business with a very ethical and values driven culture and ethos. I have placed 5 staff into the business, and they are looking to expand their team with a brand-new Adviser. The business has been operating for many years and has built an outstanding reputation for providing holistic financial planning services to families, retirees and some City professionals. Many of their cases fall into the UHNW category and receives a bespoke investment proposition. They pride themselves on offer the highest quality service and generate new business through recommendation and referral. They offer advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, protections, and esoteric investment schemes such as VCT/EIS/SEIS. A new venture within the business has been set up following an acquisition.

My client has acquired a business providing basic pension advice to a database of 17,000+ clients from the creative industries. Research and analysis has indicated that a substantial number proportion do not take holistic advice and should they been approached by a competent Adviser they would engage with them and wish to take advice on their investments, tax planning, IHT planning, retirement planning etc. A role has been created for a suitably qualified Financial Planner who is either Chartered or working towards their Chartered status to work closely with a marketing agency who will contact these prospective cases on your behalf and any who wish to engage with you on other matters will be passed onto you to convert. These prospects will have pensions in the range of £50k - £500k but they will have other assets too.

Meetings will be held in the office in Croydon or virtually and you will be supported by administrators and paraplanners. This role will be suitable for a candidate who is looking to generate lots of new business and build a book which will give you substantial earning potential with a percentage of initial and ongoing fees being given to you.
